These terms apply to your use of this website and to requesting an estimate from Elite Landscaping LLC. By using the site or submitting the form, you agree to them.

Estimates and Scheduling

Submitting the form is a request to be contacted — it does not create a contract or reserve a time. Any price discussed before a site visit is a rough range. A binding price and scope are set only in a written estimate or contract signed by both parties after we have seen the site.

The Work

Elite Landscaping LLC performs landscape design, installation, hardscaping and irrigation and drainage work. Work that requires a permit or an inspection by the City of Bakersfield, Kern County or a utility is permitted and inspected where the authority having jurisdiction requires it. Permit fees and utility charges are the customer's responsibility unless the written estimate states otherwise.

Warranty

Any workmanship warranty, and its length, is stated in your written estimate or invoice. Plant material, irrigation equipment and manufactured hardscape products carry their own supplier or manufacturer warranties, which pass through to you on their own terms. This site does not itself create or imply any warranty.

Information on this site is general and provided as-is. What a landscape, drainage or irrigation project needs varies by site, soil, grade and jurisdiction, and nothing here is a substitute for an on-site assessment. We may change site content at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Elite Landscaping LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under California law, including for the contracted work itself.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
